Hosting and delivery of the website

This website is hosted by Hostinger. When the site is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place. Hostinger provides information about this in its Data Processing Addendum. Hostinger Data Processing Addendum ↗

Server log data

When you access the website, technical data are processed automatically. These include your IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, amount of transferred data, referrer URL, browser and operating-system information, and HTTP status code. The processing serves the secure and stable delivery of the website and the prevention of misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not create visitor profiles. Hostinger makes the access overview available in hPanel for up to seven days. Hostinger does not currently publish a binding retention period for the underlying server logs beyond that viewing period.

No cookies, analytics or advertising

At present, this website does not use cookies or similar storage technologies, analytics or advertising services, embedded social media, or externally loaded fonts. Therefore, no cookie banner is used. LinkedIn is provided only as a normal external link.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your details are processed to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns pre-contractual or contractual measures; otherwise it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data are deleted once the request has been resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
